Bag Filter Instruction(1)

Note: Bag filter is a dry dust remover,suitable for collecting dry non-fabric fine dust.The filter-bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt,to filter the dust-bearing gas by filtration effect of the fiber fabrics.When dusty gas passes through the bag filter,larger and heavier particles deposit in the ash bucket while smaller particles are blocked when passing the filter material,thus the gas is purified.

The bag dust collector is mainly composed of upper chamber, middle chamber,lower chamber(ash bucket), dedusting system,ash discharging gear,etc.Compared with similar products,bag filter has the following characteristics:

1) Higher efficiency,usually over 99%; 2)Wider range of air volume handling capacity, widely used in various industrial furnaces and drying equipment; 3) Simpler structure; 4) Lower production cost; 5) Easier to operate and maintain

At present,the bag filter has become the main auxiliary product of ZJN Multi-Loop Three Cylinders Rotary Harrow Dryer and is the first choice of many customers with its remarkable efficiency and economic benefits.

This article introduces the problems and solutions to the filter head plate and dedusting system.

1. Filter Head Plate

The filter head plate fixes the filter-bag and forms a seal to separate the bag chamber and box body.In the maintenance of bag filter,the effect of filter head plate on dust collecting is often neglected.

The defect of filter head plate shows in:

① Thin steel plate leads to the poor stiffness of the filter head plate.The head plate easily gets deformed during installation and utilization,and fluttering during dedusting by pulse blowing.

② The irregular multiholes of the head plate causes abrasion and small gaps between bag mouth and holes.The dust passes through the net chamber,making the bag filter loses its function.

③ Welding slags and nodules near the edge of the holes,which are to support the steel plate,result in abrasion ,thus reduce the service life of the bag filter.

Solution:Using high thickness and rigidity steel plate;Improve the filter head plate to meet the quality.

2. Dedusting System

The middle of the conveyor adopts lifting tile to connect 2 short screw shafts,which usually causes:

① The filter bag is often blocked when handling large amount ash.

② The M14*50 bolts,which connects the intermediate shaft with 2 short screw shafts, are easy to loosen or be cut off.

③ Working in dusty condition,the intermediate of the lifting tile wears out quickly.

④ Installed in the ash bucket,it needs more time to maintain the dust remover in poor operating environment.

Solution:Use high quality products and pay attention to daily maintenance.
