Introduction to the drying treatment process of oily sludge

Oily sludge is some crude oil or product oil mixed into the soil. Generally, it can be divided into water scale free, oil scale and solid scale. With the continuous development of economy, the increasing demand for petroleum energy leads to the massive exploitation of petroleum, whose structure is to produce more and more oily sludge. These sludge have large volume and many harmful substances. If they are not treated, it is easy to damage the ecological environment.

The treatment of oily sludge should be based on the principles of reduction, harmlessness and recycling. The ZJN sludge drying equipment adopts the "Rotary harrow three cylinders multiple-loop" drying process, which can be used for drying sludge of high humidity and high viscosity series. The process can be divided into three procedures:

The sludge and hot air are sent into the primary drying room of the drying equipment together. The primary drying room is equipped with a rotary rake flying crushing device which with national patent. The sludge is broken continuously during the mixing process to avoid the sludge sticking and agglomeration, and the surface of the sludge is dried rapidly. Then the materials in the primary drying room enter the secondary drying room under the specially designed guiding device.

The secondary drying room adopts the counter current plus vortex process to enhance the drying efficiency of materials. Under the special guide and feed device, enter into the third drying room.

The third drying room adopts alternating current and reciprocating drying to make the materials reach the drying requirements and automatically discharge the dried materials.
