When it comes to the discharge of water vapor and waste gas, it is necessary to start with the working principle of the ZJN sludge drying equipment. The hot air and wet sludge are sent into the drying room together, and the wet sludge and hot air enter the first drying process (the hot air is sent into three drying processes respectively through the hot air distribution device). In the first drying process, there is a special rotary rake crushing device. Under the crushing device, the sludge is quickly dispersed, rolled, rotated and separated, accelerating the contact with the hot air, so as to increase the sludge and Hot air contact area, accelerate drying speed. In this process, the sludge re agglomeration is effectively avoided, and the phenomenon of "pasting, sticking and blocking" of sludge is solved. Thus, the important conversion of high humidity - → no humidity, high viscosity - → no viscosity, high pasty - → no pasty is completed. The water vapor and waste gas produced by sludge drying will be discharged from the end of the first drying process. Meanwhile, the sludge will automatically enter the second drying process under the function of special guide and feeding system. The second drying process adopts countercurrent plus vortex drying, the fresh hot air and sludge go in the opposite direction, the turbulence degree is greatly improved, the contact area between sludge and hot air is further increased, the drying efficiency is improved, and the evaporation of sludge water is accelerated, and the water vapor and waste gas generated are discharged from the end of the second drying process. Finally, under the action of a special pusher plate, sludge automatically enters the third drying process. The third drying process adopts alternating current and reciprocating drying, which makes the sludge under the action of air volume and special material plate, the wet one runs back and forth, the slow one runs, the dry one goes first and the fast one runs, and when the drying requirements are met, the sludge will be discharged automatically. Water vapor and tail gas are also discharged at the end of the third drying process.
