Characteristics of three-stage multi loop municipal sludge dryer:
1. Wet sludge and heat source enter the drying room from the same side. First, adopt the way of downstream drying to evaporate a large amount of water.
2. The material and hot air in the dryer cylinder are transferred from the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder, and the drying mode is also changed into convection and countercurrent, with more thorough heat exchange, make full use of heat energy to evaporate internal moisture in sludge.
3. The special three sleeve structure, the W + S feeding mode and the AC reciprocating drying technology of " three steps forward and two steps back" greatly increase the utilization rate of heat energy and the material stroke of the equipment. Compared with the traditional equipment, the drying operation with more output is completed in a smaller space.
4. The dryer is made of wear-resistant and high temperature resistant stainless steel with long service life and guaranteed quality.
