With the rotation of the cylinder, it rises and falls repeatedly under the action of the plate. After contacting with the hot air, it carries out heat and mass transfer, and then gradually dries the moisture in the sludge to achieve the purpose of deep dehydration.
During the normal operation of the equipment, it is necessary to measure the temperature of the cylinder to prevent the phenomenon of too high or too low temperature. Due to the limited thermal bearing capacity of the straight section of the equipment, the working temperature of the cylinder can not be increased indefinitely. If the temperature exceeds the specified range, the cylinder may be deformed. If the temperature is too low to reach the reasonable drying temperature, it will affect the drying effect. Therefore, in the process of equipment operation, temperature control is very important.
