2. Flow direction of sludge and hot air
According to the different direction of hot air and sludge, it can be divided into the following two ways: forward flow drying and counter current drying. Downstream drying means that sludge and hot air go in the same direction, which can quickly evaporate a large amount of water in sludge. Countercurrent drying means that sludge and hot air go against each other, which can increase the disorder and evaporate the internal moisture in the sludge. For now. The traditional single drum drying machine generally adopts the way of forward flow drying, while the more popular three return way sludge drying machine adopts the "forward flow" + "counter current" + "reciprocating" drying mode, which has more advantages in drying effect.
