Process steps of low temperature sludge drying equipment
The purpose of low temperature sludge drying is to quickly remove the moisture in the sludge, so as to adapt to the different disposal requirements of sludge. Drying is to transfer heat to the sludge in unit time to vaporize the water in the sludge, so as to separate the water from the sludge, and then collect the water from the sludge and gasification respectively to complete the drying process. The whole process of low temperature sludge drying equipment can be divided into feeding, drying, gas-solid separation, solid transportation, dust collection, etc.

1. Low temperature drying can reduce the operation safety of the equipment. In the drying process, low temperature can reduce the volatilization of harmful substances in the sludge, less explosion and other problems, making the operation of the equipment more stable.
2. Energy saving, consumption reduction, production cost reduction. In the face of the same production output, the requirement of low temperature drying for hot air temperature is not high, and the heat consumption in drying process is relatively reduced, so as to reduce energy consumption and production cost investment.
3. Extend the service life of the equipment. Low temperature drying can restrain the corrosion of harmful gases on the equipment, thus effectively extending the service life of the equipment.
