In the drying process of high humidity and high viscosity sludge, due to the characteristics of easy caking and not easy drying, the sludge is easy to adhere to the cylinder wall, which not only affects the working efficiency of drying equipment, but also reduces the quality of drying products. According to our own drying experience, this paper summarizes the following methods to prevent sludge from sticking and caking.
Methods for preventing wall sticking of domestic sludge drying equipment:
1. Sludge pretreatment to reduce water content
The reason why sludge is easy to stick and agglomerate is that the sludge contains high moisture. Therefore, controlling the initial water content of sludge before feeding is not only beneficial to feeding and feeding, but also can reduce the adhesion phenomenon in the drying process, so as to further improve the drying efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, mechanical dewatering can be used to reduce part of the water content of sludge with high moisture content, which is more conducive to sludge drying and saves drying time and cost.
2. Combined with forward flow + counter current + reciprocating drying, layer by layer drying
For downstream, counter current drying have understanding of friends, these drying methods must not be unfamiliar. Downstream drying means that the material and the hot gas flow go in the same direction, and at the same time, the material temperature is increased, and a large amount of surface moisture is evaporated to form a crust on the surface. Countercurrent drying is a process in which the material and hot air go against each other and gradually evaporate the water in the sludge through a continuous and stable temperature. Each of these two methods has its own advantages. The "rotary rake Feiteng three-stage and multi loop" domestic sludge drying equipment developed by ZJN adopts the drying form of combination of forward flow and counter current, combined with special reciprocating drying process, so as to speed up the drying speed of sludge and avoid the sticking of wet sludge.
3. Breaking device and copying board
The sludge is not in high-speed movement state when it loses "vitality", and it is easy to agglomerate or agglomerate. In view of this problem, the drum of the ZJN domestic sludge drying equipment is equipped with a "rotary rake crushing" breaking device and a uniformly distributed combined lifting plate device, which can not only make the materials disperse into fine particles, but also keep the materials moving at high speed. Such arrangement can not only speed up the heat transfer, but also prevent sticking, and ensure the smooth progress of materials.
