First, reduce the humidity of the dried sludge. In general, if the moisture content of the dried sludge is high, a lot of heat is consumed in the drying process, which will prolong the residence time of the sludge in the solid sludge dewatering and drying equipment, and reduce the sludge drying efficiency. In order to improve the drying speed of sludge, it is necessary to dewater the sludge with high moisture content first, control the moisture content within a certain range, and then send the sludge into the drying equipment for drying, which not only reduces the heat consumption, but also greatly improves the drying speed of sludge and improves the working efficiency.
Secondly, increase the temperature inside the cylinder. During the drying process of solid sludge dewatering and drying equipment, if the temperature inside the cylinder is higher, the heat transfer rate and mass transfer rate are higher, the moisture in the sludge will be vaporized and the drying speed of sludge will be improved; otherwise, the drying speed of sludge will be reduced. In addition, when drying sludge, due to the different chemical and physical properties of some sludge, it may change with the increase of temperature. Therefore, in the drying process, the temperature must be controlled to a certain extent, and the sludge can not be changed.
Third, increase the flow rate of hot air. Practice has proved that increasing the flow rate of hot air can directly improve the heat and mass transfer coefficient, improve the drying efficiency, and at the same time, it can timely replace the heat control and accelerate the heat diffusion. In the drying process of solid sludge dewatering and drying equipment, the flow speed of hot air in the drum is accelerated, which can better contact the sludge with hot air, strengthen the process of heat and mass transfer, and improve the drying speed of sludge. When the sludge drying enters into the deceleration stage, the velocity of hot air has little effect on the drying rate of materials.
Fourth, the particle size and uniformity of sludge feed. Under the same drying rate, if the contact area between sludge and hot air is larger and the particle size is smaller, the faster the drying effect is, the better the drying effect is. If the large particles are large, the contact area with hot air is small, the drying speed is slow and the drying effect is poor. The special breaking device is installed in the dewatering and drying equipment of solid sludge, which can break and dry the sludge at the same time, and greatly improve the drying efficiency of sludge.
Fifth, the standard operation of the equipment. When using the solid sludge dewatering and drying equipment, the operators operate in strict accordance with the operation instructions and specifications to reduce the probability of failure in the process of equipment use, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment and improve the drying speed of the sludge drying equipment.
