Electroplating sludge drying equipment can effectively treat municipal sludge, urban sludge, electroplating sludge, leather sludge, papermaking sludge, oil sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, chemical sludge, steel sludge and other kinds of sludge for dehydration and drying treatment. The dried sludge not only realizes sanitation, but also improves further reuse.
The structure of electroplating sludge drying equipment adopts three-layer drum, that is, three cylinders with different sizes and diameters are assembled together. The drying principle of electroplating sludge drying equipment is to use hot air drying, the essence is to quickly remove the moisture in the sludge through drying medium. In this process, the steam pressure on the surface of the dried sludge exceeds the pressure of the drying medium, so that the moisture in the sludge can be vaporized. When the surface moisture of the sludge is vaporized, the moisture inside the sludge will continue to spread like the surface, so that the sludge drying process can be carried out continuously. Hot air is obtained by exchanging air with various heat exchange equipment.
The drum speed of electroplating sludge drying equipment will also affect the efficiency of sludge drying. The faster the speed of sludge drying equipment, the higher the drying efficiency. But the speed of the drum can not be adjusted at will. Considering the heat consumption, if the equipment speed is higher, the drying temperature required is higher, and the fuel consumption will also increase. Generally, when the user purchased the drying equipment, the manufacturer has adjusted the rotation speed of the drum in advance according to the user's requirements when leaving the factory. The user does not need to adjust it by himself. If the user needs to adjust the drying equipment, he needs to consult the manufacturer or ask the manufacturer's technical personnel for debugging, so as to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment, so as to ensure the sludge drying efficiency and drying quality.
The advantages of electroplating sludge drying equipment are as follows:

A special rotary rake device is installed inside the equipment, which can make the high humidity and high viscosity sludge fly and separate rapidly, break up into loose shape, increase the dynamic contact area between sludge and hot air, and there is no dead angle in each stage inside the cylinder, which speeds up the sludge drying rate.
