ZJN Finished the Test Run of New Project in Tarim China

On July 11,2017, good news comes from Tarim of Xinjiang province: The first batch facilities of petrochemical sludge drying project that we cooperated with local industry has been finished, its first test run performed well with good effect drying effect.

Petrochemical sludge as one of the “three industrial waste”-solid waste pollutants, it is the generic name of hazardous solid waste mainly contains petroleum composition, generated in the process of oil extraction, smelting, storage and transportation of petrochemical industry. Petrochemical sludge is a kind of black ropy colloid substances, difficult to separate and recycle, generated by mixing crude oil, related petroleum products, silt and water under emulsification. Besides, the petrochemical sludge contains various bacteria, parasites and some heavy metal that leads serious pollution to the environment, such as Cu, Cr, Zn, Hg etc. What’s more, the petrochemical sludge may contains radioactive and persistent substance, which can bring huge harm to environment, even worse it is a serious threat to human life and the whole earth ecological environment. Furthermore, petrochemical sludge has high moisture content, big volume, large occupation of lands, which is a big problems in the development of petrochemical enterprises. So getting energy and valuable petroleum resources from petroleum sludge has been considered as an important and potential may to solve energy shortage and environmental pollution problems.

With the constant development of society, environmental pollution is starting to be paid more attention and concerns. As early as 1998, petrochemical sludge solid waste has been listed by SEPA as hazardous substances, harmless treatment was required before discharge. So petrochemical sludge reduction,harmless,recycling treatment have always been the pursuits and technical problem of petrochemical sludge treatment industries.

In view of the condition above, we organized technicians to constantly research, practice and improve our technology, finally, we developed the dryer specially for petrochemical sludge with “Rotary Hallow Rolling Triple-Pass Multi-Loop” technology, the test run of whole production line has been finished successfully by one time. Our success filled the technical blank and brought bright future for whole petrochemical sludge drying industries.
