India Drying Project Progress

Jiaozuo ZJN Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. a R&D company for project designing, manufacturing and installation of drying equipment. A series of drying equipment with ZJN Independent design and completely own intellectual property technology, such as “Rotary Rake Rolling Triple Stage Multi-loop” and “Automatic Turning Rake and Segmented Combination” and “boiler flue heat recycling” patent technology, have high reputation at home and abroad, and sell well all over the country and around the world. The drying machine has been widely used in various industrial products, such as Petroleum Coke, organic salt,ore sand, many kinds of spent grains from liquor and alcoholic beverage, residue from making of soy and vinegar, raw materials residues of Chinese and western medicine.

The dryer we manufactured for India client, used "Cocurrent Vortex &Alternating Reciprocation", "Triple Stage &Multi-loop" and "Boiler Flue Heat Utilization" technologies to dry Petroleum Coke with complete system including bag filter (bag dust collector). The whole set of equipment departed from Shanghai port in early October 2017, arrived at India in the end of 2017 after one month marine transportation.

At the early of 2018, the dryer began to install under our professional engineers guidance, now the installation is nearly finished, expected to be put into common operation soon.
