The first point is how to choose lubricating oil for sludge drying equipment. When purchasing lubricating oil, the user needs to select the lubricating oil model suitable for drying equipment according to the different characteristics of lubricating oil. If it is only a temporary substitute, it is necessary to select the lubricating oil that meets the requirements of the quality and performance of lubricating oil, and replace the low viscosity with a higher viscosity. In addition, the selection of lubricating oil should be based on the seasonal changes, adding different viscosity, different varieties of lubricating oil to the drying equipment.

Second, for the long-term operation of sludge drying equipment, the actual operators need to regularly replace the lubricating oil of each part of the equipment. For the newly installed equipment, after the trial operation, all lubricating oil should be replaced after 3 months of formal operation, and then only one seat should be replaced every six months. During operation, if it is found that the viscosity of lubricating oil is not enough or turbid, it needs to be replaced in time.

Third, when adding lubricating oil to each part of sludge drying equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate amount. Generally, the amount of lubricating oil added should be 200-300 mm beyond the pinion as the standard, and excessive work will have a certain impact on the equipment. Operators can add appropriate amount of lubricating oil according to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
