Slime sludge drying equipment is composed of combustion heating system, raw material conveying system, drying equipment main system, product output system and environmental protection dust removal system.

Combustion heating system: the fuel is added into the combustion heating system (i.e. hot blast stove) to generate high-temperature hot medium through combustion to provide stable heat for the main system of drying equipment. At present, the fuels that can be used include coal, diesel, natural gas, liquefied gas, biomass particles, electricity, steam and waste heat of boiler flue gas.

Raw material conveying system: it is composed of hopper, feeding device (belt conveyor, sealing scraper conveyor or screw conveyor). The coal slime is fed into the hopper, and then under the action of the feeding device, the main system of the drying equipment is uniformly and continuously transported into the material inlet.

Main system of drying equipment: the system is the key to complete the mass and heat exchange between high moisture coal slime and high temperature hot medium. Different types of drying equipment main system adopt different drying technology, but they can realize the transformation of coal slime from high moisture and high viscosity to non wet and non sticky.

Product output system: coal slime meeting the drying requirements is transported out by belt for unified packing.

Environmental protection and dust removal system: the main system of drying equipment will produce tail gas of flue gas and dust in the production process, which will be transported to the dust removal equipment through the induced draft fan for unified purification, filtration and dust reduction, so as to realize the emission of exhaust gas up to standard.

The characteristics of the coal sludge drying equipment are as follows: the equipment is large in size, occupies a small area, can be installed indoors and outdoors, and is simple and convenient to install; the production processing capacity is large, the fuel consumption is small, the production cost is low, and the drying effect is good; the equipment adopts automatic control, with high degree of intelligence, simple operation, and no need to invest too much human labor; The overall process technology of the equipment is mature, with strong overload resistance, stable and reliable operation, and low failure rate; during the operation of the whole system, there is no inflammable, explosive, poisoning, short circuit and other phenomena.
