Fifthly, the moisture content and viscosity of different electroplating sludge drying equipment are also different, which requires operators to strictly control the moisture content and viscosity of raw materials to a certain range when feeding the electroplating sludge drying equipment, so as to ensure the drying efficiency and quality of sludge. If the moisture or viscosity of sludge is too high, it will not only increase the drying difficulty and prolong the drying time, but also cause equipment blockage in serious cases, which will affect the high production efficiency of the equipment.
