Secondly, when welding, the grounding point of the welding machine should be on the cylinder of the drying equipment, not on the bearing, so as to avoid the spark generated by the current passing through the bearing, causing damage to the cylinder surface of the drying equipment and the bearing raceway.

Thirdly, before welding chemical sludge drying equipment, safety welding measures should be taken.

Fourth, the chemical sludge drying equipment can also be removed for repair, that is, the roller coupling parts above the mechanical equipment are removed and installed in the drying equipment after repair.
