Three drum solid waste dryer

Three cylinder solid waste dryer is a new type of drying device in recent years, which is smaller than single cylinder dryer. Three cylinder sleeves with different diameters are embedded together. It reduces the floor area, increases the internal storage space, has large processing capacity and low energy consumption.

Working process: the structure of three cylinder solid waste dryer can divide the whole drying process into three parts. First of all, the sludge enters into the inner cylinder of the equipment cylinder. Under the action of the dispersing device installed in the inner cylinder and the guiding material system device, the sludge is quickly separated and stirred to accelerate the contact between the sludge and the hot air and quickly evaporate the water on the surface of the sludge. Secondly, it is fed into the middle drum under the action of the special material plate. The middle drum adopts countercurrent and vortex drying to further evaporate the water in the sludge. Thirdly, it is sent into the outer cylinder under the action of special material plate. The outer cylinder adopts AC plus reciprocating drying, so that under the action of air volume and special material plate, the wet can do reciprocating and slow running, the dry can go first and fast running, and the sludge can be discharged automatically after reaching the drying requirements.
