Working principle: the sludge enters into the dryer through the feed port, and then under the action of vibration force, the sludge is thrown along the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously, while the hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet sludge to evaporate the moisture in the sludge, and the wet air is purified and dedusted by the cyclone separator and discharged from the outlet, and the sludge meeting the drying requirements is discharged from the discharge port.

Belt drying equipment

Working principle: wet mud is distributed on the conveyor belt through feeding equipment, such as star distributor, swing belt, pulverizer or granulator. The conveyor belt will pass through a channel composed of one or several heating units, and each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several moisture removal systems, and the wet mud is transported through the conveyor belt The hot air exchanges heat with the wet mud on the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top to dry it.

Roller drying equipment

Working principle: rotary harrow device is installed in the cylinder of drum drying equipment. After sludge enters the cylinder, it will be separated and dispersed under the action of the device to accelerate the contact between sludge and hot air, so as to achieve the purpose of sludge drying. If it is a single cylinder, the sludge is dried directly inside the cylinder. If it is of three tube structure, the whole drying process can be divided into three, and the processes used in each process are different, so as to ensure that the sludge can be dried better.

Working principle: the wet material enters into the drying equipment through the inlet, and then is heated by the hollow blade and jacket while the hollow blade is stirring, mixing and dispersing, so as to evaporate the water in the sludge, while the sludge meeting the drying requirements is transported to the outlet by the hollow blade and discharged.

Tube bundle drying equipment

Working principle: the tube bundle drying equipment uses the principle of heat conduction and heat radiation to transfer the heat to the other side of the dry sludge through the heat exchange pipe wall, and then continuously stir and push it through the shovel installed in the pipe, so that the sludge moves from the feeding end to the discharging end, the dried sludge is discharged from the outlet, and the vaporized water is discharged by the fan or natural discharge The whole drying work is over.

Disc drying equipment

Working principle: the sludge is continuously added to the drying plate on the upper layer of the drying equipment through the feeder, and then the rake arm with the rake blade makes rotary motion, so that the rake blade can continuously turn over the sludge. After that, the sludge will flow through the surface of the drying pan along the spiral line, and the sludge on the small drying pan is transferred to the outer edge, and then the outer edge falls to the outer edge of the lower large drying pan. On the large drying pan, the sludge moves inward and falls into the next layer of small drying pan from the middle blanking port. The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately from top to bottom to continuously flow the sludge through the whole drying equipment. The hollow drying pan is filled with heating medium, which enters from one end of the drying pan and leads out from the other end. The sludge meeting the drying requirements will fall from the next drying tray to the aggregate tray, and then transfer to the discharge port for discharge.
