Downstream process of low temperature sludge drying equipment
1. The evaporation rate is fast. Compared with high temperature drying, low temperature sludge drying equipment has greater demand for heating temperature. By increasing air volume, the drying speed of sludge can be accelerated. According to the contact mode between hot air and material, it can be divided into downstream drying and countercurrent drying. The drying speed is fast and the utilization rate of heat energy is high.
2. Reduce the viscosity of materials. Generally, sludge has the characteristics of high water content and high viscosity. When using low-temperature sludge drying equipment to dehydrate and dry high viscosity materials, adopting downstream process can strengthen the heat exchange strength between hot air and wet materials at the early stage of drying, so that the water on the surface of materials can be evaporated quickly, and the surface forms a "dry shell", which effectively reduces the viscosity of materials and ensures the smooth drying operation. At the same time, for some flammable materials drying process, also can effectively avoid the temperature is too high, reduce the occurrence of failure.
3. The configuration of auxiliary equipment is simple. When the downstream process is used, the temperature of the material discharged after drying is relatively low. The simple and common belt conveyor can be used to complete the feeding process, which is simple, convenient and easy to maintain.
4. The stability of the equipment is better. The low temperature sludge drying equipment adopts the downstream drying process, and the negative pressure at the hot end is relatively low, which can effectively reduce the cold air entering into the cylinder, so as to ensure the sufficiency of heat and the stability of temperature in the drying cylinder, and make the material treatment in a suitable drying environment.
