3. Maintenance and inspection of chemical sludge drying equipment during operation:

1. During the operation of chemical sludge drying equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the combustion furnace is normal or not, feeding can only be done after the temperature rises, and uniform and appropriate feeding should be paid attention to.

2. If the moisture content of the material is too high before feeding, it can be dehydrated in advance to reduce part of the moisture content of the material, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption in the process of equipment operation.

3. The fuselage should be kept in a proper position during operation. If it is found that the fuselage is biased to one side, it needs to be adjusted in time.

4. In the process of normal operation of chemical sludge drying equipment, if there are problems such as loose fasteners, abnormal sound of motor, abnormal temperature of cylinder, strong vibration and movement, it is necessary to stop the machine in time for inspection.

5. The operator shall stop the machine according to the required sequence. When the machine is stopped, the feeding shall be stopped first and the air shall be continuously discharged to keep the machine running. The exhaust fan and chemical sludge drying equipment can be stopped only after the material is unloaded and the machine is cooled. If the machine is forced to stop due to sudden power failure, the operator shall organize manual rotation of the machine until it is cooled to prevent the cylinder from bending.
