3、 The moisture content of sludge is higher after drying. Causes: insufficient heat supply inside the equipment barrel; large one-time feeding volume. Solution: first of all, strictly control the moisture content of the feeding sludge, and ensure the sufficiency of heat supply to the equipment cylinder. At the same time, control the uniformity of the feeding of the equipment, so as to avoid the blockage of the sludge and affect the drying quality of the equipment.

4、 The sound of the gear is abnormal. Cause: during the long-term operation of the sludge low-temperature dryer, the gears are easy to cause wear, and the meshing clearance between the big and small gears becomes larger, which will affect the operation and production of the equipment seriously. In order to solve this problem, operators need to regularly check the gear meshing clearance and do a good job in gear lubrication, so as to reduce gear wear and prolong the service life of the gear.
