Drum type sludge dryer is a large-scale mechanical equipment specialized in drying high humidity and high viscosity materials. At present, single drum and three-layer drum type sludge dryer are common in the market. The main body of the dryer is a nested structure of three-layer drum. The drum is equipped with a breaking device, which can break large wet sludge, and also set up various kinds of material lifting plate devices with dense distribution, which can increase the contact area between sludge particles and hot air. Now the design of this equipment is more and more energy-saving and environmental protection, and it is widely used in various high humidity sludge treatment industries.
1. Direct heat drying mode, hot air and materials enter from the same side of the cylinder. Through direct contact, heat transfer effect is strengthened. After the cylinder is dried by the flow, the reverse flow and the reciprocating drying, the heat energy is fully utilized, the thermal energy loss is greatly reduced, and the drying effect of the material is good.
2. The three-layer drum sludge dryer can be used as heat source through natural gas, steam, biomass fuel, boiler waste heat, fuel oil and other combustible gases. It can be widely used for users and friends to choose the appropriate fuel according to their needs.

Because of the special cylinder structure, the length of the equipment is greatly reduced in design, and the disadvantages of fast heat loss, high temperature at the feed end and the difficulty of steam discharge are avoided during drying process of single drum equipment. The three-layer drum structure not only covers a small area and has less investment in civil engineering, but also can increase the heat insulation performance of the cylinder by using the heat emitted by the inner cylinder. The evaporation steam is discharged from the end of each stage cylinder, which avoids the problem of moisture return after contacting with materials.
4. The three-layer drum sludge dryer is highly automatic, and the control of equipment parameters is more flexible and convenient. Only 1-2 people are needed to complete the drying operation, which saves labor cost.
5. The improved internal structure greatly extends the application scope of traditional equipment, effectively solves the phenomenon of high humidity and high viscosity sludge sticking on the wall of the cylinder, and has stronger adaptability to the moisture and viscosity of materials.
