Before using sludge dryer to dry sludge, it is necessary to strictly control the initial moisture content of sludge. In view of this situation, it is necessary to use dehydration equipment to dehydrate sludge, control its moisture content within a certain range, and then dry it.
When using sludge dryer, if the disposable feed volume is large or the speed is too fast, the sludge quantity inside the cylinder will be too much. Under the same drying temperature, the equipment treatment capacity will be reduced, which will cause the sludge to stick to the wall or block in the drying process. To avoid this reason, users need to ensure the feed speed at a uniform speed, and also check the interfaces of the equipment irregularly. In case of equipment blockage, the problem needs to be solved in time to ensure the normal production and operation of the equipment.
Because the sludge dryer mainly relies on heat transfer to achieve sludge drying. Therefore, when drying sludge, it is necessary to ensure sufficient heat inside the cylinder, and also to do the insulation measures of the equipment cylinder, adjust the air volume inside the cylinder, so as to better realize heat transfer, provide the sludge drying efficiency and prevent the sludge sticking and blocking in the inner part of the cylinder.
In addition, sludge drying equipment ends production operation, but does not clean the equipment barrel, and over time will cause equipment blockage, not only affect the production and operation of equipment, but also equipment failure. Therefore, after the production operation is finished, the operator needs to clean up the whole equipment so that the normal production can be carried out next time.
