And sludge as a high humidity and high viscosity material, when using sludge drying equipment to dry it, it is easy to appear the phenomenon of sticking and blocking, which will not only delay the smooth progress of the whole drying operation, but also affect the service life of the equipment.
1. Control the moisture content of initial material
When using sludge drying equipment, pay attention to the size of initial moisture before material feeding. For sludge with high moisture content, pre dehydration treatment can be carried out, such as using filter press, centrifuge and other dehydration equipment for proper dehydration, or drying method can be used for pre dehydration treatment, which can greatly reduce the water content and viscosity of sludge, and reduce sludge drying equipment The energy consumption in the process of standby operation is conducive to shorten the drying time and prevent blockage.
2. Pay attention to the correct operation of the equipment
To ensure the smooth operation of the sludge drying equipment and avoid the occurrence of material blockage, we should also pay attention to the correct operation method of the equipment, take the feeding mode as an example. The amount and speed of feed have a direct impact on whether the sludge drying equipment is blocked or not. If the operator does not pay attention to the uniform speed and proper feeding during operation, so that the feeding is always too fast and too much, it is easy to cause too much material in the cylinder, exceed the operating load of the equipment, a large number of materials gather, the drying speed becomes slow, and the blockage will appear in the cylinder. Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of this situation, it is suggested that the operators should strictly follow the operation specifications when using the equipment.
3. Anti clogging measures
During the operation of different sludge drying equipment, there are different anti clogging measures. For example, the scientific and reasonable dispersing device and lifting device are set in the three drum sludge drying equipment. The large sludge entering the drum is broken into small particles, which are continuously lifted and spilled by the lifting device, so that the sludge particles can move at a high speed in the drum to prevent adhesion due to loss of vitality At the same time, the possibility of blockage of sludge drying equipment during operation is prevented.
